Effect of Servant, Digital and Green Leadership toward Business Performance: Evidence from Indonesian Manufacturing

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of green leadership, servant leadesship and digital leadership toward business performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 managers if manufacturing in Banten. The results of data analysis show that servant leadership, digital leadesship and green Leadership significantly influence business performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with servant, digital and green variables on manufacturing performance.
