This study aimed to diagnose the bacterial spp. present in the mouth that is responsible for cases of tooth decay and infections. Oral tissues such as the gums and a region around the tooth in addition to the effect of fluoride on the naturally occurring bacterial isolation that has vital activities that causes Oral cavity injury. The result of fluorine in toothpastes trade mark (Colgate max white whitening crystal) is the beast toothpastes with PH 5 and concentration 1.334 mg/ml. This study revealed the existence of a wide variety of bacterial genera, including Streptococcus spp. Which was the highest significant percentage of 50% belonging to Streptococcus spp., followed by Staphylococcus spp. with 30%, while Bacillus spp. was the lowest species, at 20%. S. mutans, had the highest significant percentage of 90% among the group of Streptococcus spp . While S.sanguis was the lower significant percentage of 10% among the group of Streptococcus spp.The Fluoride concentration of 1.334 mg/ml in pH 5.0. was working by reducing bacterial spp.
