The Influence of Servant Leadership and CSR practices on the Employee?s Intention of Stay in the Pharmacy Firms: Mediating Role of Empowerment

This study aim is to analyze the servant leadership and CRS practices on the employee’s intention to stay in the pharmacy business in Thailand. The second aim is to examine the mediating role of empowerment among the nexus of servant leadership, CRS practices and employee’s intention to stay in the pharmacy business in Thailand. The data were gathered from the leaders and subordinate of the pharmacy situated in the Bangkok. The PLS-SEM was utilize for the analysis and hypotheses testing. The results uncovered that the servant style of leadership and CSR has positive nexus with the intention of the employees to stay in the organization. The findings also indicated that the empowerment is positively mediates the link among the servant style of leadership, CSR practices and intention of the employees to stay in the organization. These findings suggested to the policies making authorities that they develop the policies to increase the intension of the employees to stay in the organization.
