    Diabetes is a metabolic condition that affects how the body utilizes digested food for growth and energy. The majority of the food we consume is broken down into glucose, which is the form of sugar in our blood. Glucose is the body’s primary fuel source. The solubility of glibenclamide (glibenclamide), metformin, and sitagliptin was evaluated in triplicate in different pH using a water bath shaker at 37°C using the shake- flask technique. The quantity of medicine accessible for absorption is determined by the drug release. Each drug’s physiochemical characteristics have a substantial impact on release along the G.I.T.
